Position: Master Data Administrator
Compensation: $ 50-$53/hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Master Data Administrator to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in Houston as a Master Data Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of SAP vendor and customer master data. This exciting one-year contract offers the chance to contribute to a high-impact project within a leading company in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Maintain network database safety and security
- Ensure data integration and processing accuracy
- Develop and maintain data quality control procedures
- Perform regular audits for data accuracy and completeness
- Support vendor and customer management processes
- Identify opportunities for data accuracy and efficiency improvements
- Meet Service Level Agreements for data processing requests
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and suppliers
- Update process guidelines and procedures
- Develop and monitor KPIs/control reports
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5 to 10 years of SAP Master Data Maintenance experience
- ERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data system experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business-related discipline
- SAP Master Data Governance or MDM certification
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
