Position: Master Data Administrator

Compensation: $ 50-$53/hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Master Data Administrator to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in Houston as a Master Data Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of SAP vendor and customer master data. This exciting one-year contract offers the chance to contribute to a high-impact project within a leading company in the energy sector. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain network database safety and security
• Ensure data integration and processing accuracy
• Develop and maintain data quality control procedures
• Perform regular audits for data accuracy and completeness
• Support vendor and customer management processes
• Identify opportunities for data accuracy and efficiency improvements
• Meet Service Level Agreements for data processing requests
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and suppliers
• Update process guidelines and procedures
• Develop and monitor KPIs/control reports

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5 to 10 years of SAP Master Data Maintenance experience
• ERP (SAP) vendor/customer master data system experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business-related discipline
• SAP Master Data Governance or MDM certification
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
