Position: HRIS Analyst – PowerApps
Compensation: $60 – $65 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HRIS Analyst – PowerApps to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and enhance Microsoft Power Platform applications
- Maintain internal HR-related Power Apps and reporting solutions
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders for enhancement opportunities
- Gather requirements and implement updates in a sprint-based approach
- Collaborate to ensure data accuracy and usability of reports and apps
- Assist with integrations between Power Platform and HR systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience supporting HR data or HR systems preferred
- Strong analytical mindset bridging business and technical requirements
- Comfortable with low-code development and app creation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
