Position: HRIS Analyst – PowerApps

Compensation: $60 – $65 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HRIS Analyst – PowerApps to join their team!

Step into an exciting role where you'll support and enhance Microsoft Power Platform applications, driving HR efficiency and innovation. This opportunity allows you to collaborate with stakeholders and developers, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of HR systems. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support and enhance Microsoft Power Platform applications
• Maintain internal HR-related Power Apps and reporting solutions
• Partner with business and HR stakeholders for enhancement opportunities
• Gather requirements and implement updates in a sprint-based approach
• Collaborate to ensure data accuracy and usability of reports and apps
• Assist with integrations between Power Platform and HR systems

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience supporting HR data or HR systems preferred
• Strong analytical mindset bridging business and technical requirements
• Comfortable with low-code development and app creation
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
