Position: Land Technician

Compensation: $30 – $40 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Morgantown, West Virginia

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain digital and physical records for land agreements
• Ensure proper file structure and record accessibility
• Verify and update agreement data in internal systems
• Analyze land-related legal documents for accuracy
• Track and monitor critical deadlines
• Prepare and deliver status reports to the Land Manager
• Balance priorities in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 1 year of industry-related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oil and gas industry experience
• Basic understanding of land rights and agreements
• Ability to work independently with confidentiality
