Position: Senior Payroll Accountant

Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Payroll Accountant to join their team!

Join a dynamic and fast-growing finance team where you will oversee key accounting functions and payroll operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Administer and process multi-state payroll
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws
• Manage certified payroll reporting for contracts
• Prepare and submit TERO reports accurately
• Review and reconcile employee timesheets
• Collaborate with HR for accurate employee classification
• Maintain detailed payroll records
• Assist in accurate customer invoice creation
• Prepare and file sales tax submissions
• Contribute to special accounting projects

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
• Proven multi-state payroll management experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of P&L analysis
• Experience in process improvement initiatives
