Position: Outside Sales Representative

Compensation: $45,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Altus, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join their team!

Join an exciting role as an Outside Sales Representative where you'll drive new business growth by positioning our client as the network provider of choice. This high-energy, quota-carrying role is focused on acquiring new accounts and generating recurring monthly revenue within an assigned territory. This opportunity is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote and sell Voice and Data solutions
• Deliver tailored sales presentations
• Coordinate with teams for customer transitions
• Establish clear customer expectations
• Maintain records using Salesforce.com
• Complete sales proposals and documentation
• Participate in training programs
• Collaborate across departments
• Deepen technical knowledge and industry trends

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in prospecting and account development
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of the telecommunications or technology industry
• Collaborative and customer-focused approach
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Other Information:

• Some travel required within the assigned territory
• Three rounds of interviews conducted over Teams
• Reimbursement for mileage; no overnights or weekends
