Position: Staff Accountant

Compensation: $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Staff Accountant to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and post journal entries for closing processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable invoices
• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable
• Prepare and file sales tax reports
• Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Generate and analyze financial reports
• Support audit requests and maintain documentation
• Recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Epicor ERP
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Experience with sales tax compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA or CPA candidate
• Experience with inventory costing in manufacturing
• Knowledge of multi-state sales tax reporting
