Position: Service Desk Technician
Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Midland, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide remote and onsite IT support
- Receive tickets via email and resolve IT issues
- Troubleshoot Windows, Office 365, Active Directory
- Configure hardware for onboarding processes
- Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
- Log and track requests in the ticketing system
- Partner with technology professionals and business personnel
- Manage and monitor internal assets for inventory accuracy
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Some college work towards BS in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS
- 5+ years in a professional IT environment
- Proficiency with business systems, operating systems, servers
- Knowledge of networking concepts, systems, protocols
- Skilled in light programming, scripting, project management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas industry
- Knowledgeable about telecom systems, audio/video systems
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills
