Position: Product Support Specialist

Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Product Support Specialist to join their team!

As a Product Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and documenting new and existing life and health insurance products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive product success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about product development and eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist with evaluating new product opportunities
• Facilitate the product development process
• Draft and maintain product documentation
• Respond to product filing objections
• Review marketing materials for accuracy
• Prepare and deliver product presentations
• Field product-related inquiries
• Research and analyze competitor products
• Provide backup support for Product Coordinator
• Schedule and coordinate meetings as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5-10 years in life and health insurance industry
• Experience in product development
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Compliance or actuarial support background
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities
