Position: Helpdesk Specialist
Compensation: $20 – $22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic service center team as a Helpdesk Specialist. You’ll be the first line of support, providing technical assistance to users. This exciting opportunity is open due to growing needs and offers a chance to work on-site in Oklahoma City. Bring your expertise in customer service and technical support to a role where you can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide technical assistance to computer system users
- Answer inquiries regarding software or hardware issues
- Resolve problems via phone, in person, or remotely
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions
- Conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve issues
- Install software or perform hardware testing remotely
- Verify system functioning and detect errors
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent training
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of electronic equipment and computer software
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SCCM, ServiceNow, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of configuration management and desktop communications software
- Familiarity with operating system and internet directory services software
