Position: Desktop Support Technician

Compensation: $31 – $33 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in Oklahoma City as a Desktop Support Technician! This exciting opportunity arises due to team expansion, offering you the chance to work with new leadership. You’ll be at the forefront of providing crucial desktop support, ensuring seamless IT operations. If you’re ready to make a significant impact in a thriving company, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide desktop support and troubleshooting services.
• Manage Windows and Microsoft product issues.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Assist with imaging and active directory tasks.
• Travel to field office in Newcastle monthly.
• Support team with lifting and moving equipment.
• Ensure IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong background in Windows and Microsoft products.
• Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with imaging and active directory.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with field office support.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
