Position: AP/AR Specialist

Compensation: $ 26 – 28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage high-volume AP/AR paperwork efficiently
• Assist in cutting checks and benefits data reconciliation
• Input data into the property management system
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations
• Adapt to changing workloads and priorities
• Report to the Accounting Supervisor

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid experience in AP/AR processes
• Proficient in Excel for data management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in GL/reconciliation
• Familiarity with property management systems
