Position: Workday Technical Analyst – Full Suite

Compensation: $45 – $52 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Technical Analyst – Full Suite to join their team!

Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity as a Workday Technical Analyst? You'll be at the heart of optimizing and securing Workday operations, ensuring seamless processes across HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning. This role offers a chance to work remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide expert support for Workday HCM, Financials, SCM, and Planning.
• Assist stakeholders with configuration updates and troubleshooting.
• Lead security audits and ensure compliance with standards.
• Design and develop scalable integrations using Workday Studio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into solutions.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using Report Writer.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple modules.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday security administration experience.
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and security configuration.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Workday certifications in Security, HCM, or Integrations.
• Experience with Workday integrations and technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
