Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: $50 – $53/hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!

You’re the translator every tech team wishes they had — fluent in both business goals and system specs. This Business Analyst role gives you the space to collaborate, problem-solve, and shape meaningful software projects that keep operations running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
• Prepare clear documentation, including process flows
• Support software development projects
• Track project timelines and deliverables
• Identify and address project risks or delays
• Develop presentations to communicate project status
• Utilize Azure DevOps for project management
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience gathering requirements for technical software projects
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to create clear, organized documentation
• Experience with Azure DevOps for project management
• Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power Apps

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Experience with facilities management projects
