Position: Wealth Management Operations Specialist

Compensation: $30 – $32 / hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in back-office wealth management operations
• Perform statement reconciliation and accounting tasks
• Manage transactional entries with accuracy
• Conduct quality control checks
• Support maintenance of financial records

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Professional transferable skills
• Banking or trust background knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in financial services industry
• Familiarity with wealth management systems
