Position: Communications Specialist

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead crisis communications and real-time response
• Align messaging with Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement
• Oversee media relations and executive preparation
• Collaborate on internal communications and company events
• Maintain and refine brand identity and visual standards
• Manage social media content and analytics

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field
• 5-10 years in corporate communications or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Experience in crisis communications and media relations
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in the energy industry
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Knowledge of digital analytics tools
• Experience with publicly traded companies
