Position: IT Support Technician
Compensation: $25 – $27 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Respond and triage incoming support tickets
- Set up new user accounts and remove terminated users
- Maintain and organize Active Directory systems
- Image and ship new computers for new hires
- Utilize PowerShell to automate IT processes
- Assist IT Manager with higher-level tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities as automation frees up time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ year experience in corporate help desk or desktop support
- Strong understanding of IT support principles
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- Experience with Azure and Office 365
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Interest in learning about automation
