Position: IT Support Technician

Compensation: $25 – $27 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support Technician to join their team!

You’ll be the go-to person for help desk and desktop support, ensuring smooth IT operations. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Respond and triage incoming support tickets
• Set up new user accounts and remove terminated users
• Maintain and organize Active Directory systems
• Image and ship new computers for new hires
• Utilize PowerShell to automate IT processes
• Assist IT Manager with higher-level tasks
• Take on additional responsibilities as automation frees up time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ year experience in corporate help desk or desktop support
• Strong understanding of IT support principles
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
• Experience with Azure and Office 365
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
• Interest in learning about automation
