Position: Director of Engineering & Maintenance

Compensation: $165,000 – $175,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Director of Engineering & Maintenance to join their team!

Join a fast-growing, innovative company committed to delivering high-quality botanical products. As the Director of Engineering & Maintenance, you will lead all engineering and maintenance activities at the Tulsa facilities, driving operational excellence through effective management of capital projects, process improvements, and maintenance initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement in operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee capital expenditure projects from conception to completion
• Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency
• Establish and maintain engineering specifications and standards
• Lead and develop the maintenance team
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety departments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred)
• 8+ years of engineering and maintenance experience
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing CAPEX projects
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with AutoCAD
• Experience in botanical product industry
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
