Position: Data Architect

Compensation: $130,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Architect to join their team!

Join a dynamic organization as a Data Architect, where you’ll design and manage robust data architecture solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft Azure technologies, ensuring data integrity and scalability. As the company’s data needs grow, you’ll be at the forefront, providing technical guidance and mentoring to data professionals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design scalable, secure data solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Develop and maintain data architectures for ETL and data warehousing
• Define and enforce data governance standards
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and recommend improvements
• Create and maintain data pipelines for ETL processes
• Analyze and optimize data models for efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data teams
• Document data architecture design and processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in Azure data services like Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, data governance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years in data engineering/architecture with Azure focus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Azure Cosmos DB
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
• Experience in technical guidance and mentorship roles
