Position: Telecommunications Technician

Compensation: $21 – $28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Thornton, Colorado

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join their team!

Join a dynamic team as a Telecommunications Technician, where you'll support the District’s Mitel VoIP Telephone System. This hands-on role offers the chance to work in the field, engaging with various District sites. If you're passionate about voice systems and eager to contribute to a meaningful project, this is your opportunity to shine!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP endpoints
• Perform basic telephone station troubleshooting
• Provide voicemail system support
• Support analog lines and related infrastructure
• Install and replace voice-related equipment
• Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure staff
• Maintain and repair voice systems
• Document and communicate with IT team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with enterprise VoIP systems
• Knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure
• Experience in MDF/IDF environments
• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot devices
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Mitel VoIP systems
• Field site work experience
• Good documentation habits
