Position: General Ledger Accountant

Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled General Ledger Accountant to join their team!

Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? Join a team where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial statements. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP or Oracle
• Knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience in financial reporting
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
