Position: Division Order Analyst
Compensation: $45 – $55 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Division Order Analyst to join their team!

This position starts as a contract with potential for long-term conversion, offering flexibility in hours and a competitive pay rate.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze division order documents for accuracy
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain records and databases
- Assist in asset management and reporting
- Support client inquiries and communication
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in division order analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Familiarity with industry regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with asset acquisition processes
- Knowledge of database management systems
