Position: User Experience (UX) Designer

Compensation: $40 – $50/hour, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE — Atlanta, Georgia

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled User Experience Designer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the digital product design space. The role involves designing and prototyping digital products, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience through innovative kiosk-based solutions. The company is committed to growth and offers a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued. This position is open due to the company’s expansion and commitment to improving their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and prototype digital products using Figma
• Work with design systems to ensure consistency
• Map out in-store guest ordering experiences
• Evaluate usability and design quality of kiosk-based systems
• Collaborate with product management to recommend enhancements
• Create design mockups and prototypes for key ordering flows
• Extend design systems for in-store ordering products

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience with digital product design using Figma
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with design systems
• Familiarity with digital e-commerce best practices
• Experience with mobile-based digital design
• Experience with kiosk-based touchscreen design
• Understanding of accessible design for consumer devices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in evaluating and recommending changes to product designs
• Familiarity with reward redemption and payment flow design
