Position: AP Specialist

Compensation: $20 – $28/hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AP Specialist to join their team!

Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be at the forefront of financial operations. This role is open to help the company catch up on critical tasks, with the potential for a longer-term contract. You’ll be part of an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and make a significant impact. The initial contract is estimated to be 3-4 months, with a target start date of January 19th. Interviews will likely be a single round onsite, so we need top talent ready to impress.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process product purchase payables in RightAngle
• Conduct various ad-hoc assignments and analyses
• Generate Renewable Identification Number exposure reports monthly
• Perform Over/Short calculations monthly
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in payables
• Collaborate with team for continuous process improvement

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in payables processing
• Analytical skills to identify and solve issues
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with RightAngle software
• Previous experience in a similar industry
