Position: Operations Analyst – Fixed Income Trading

Compensation: $20 – $22 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Stamford, Connecticut

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Operations Analyst – Fixed Income Trading to join their team!

Join a dynamic team in a thriving financial environment! We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Operations Analyst to support our fixed income trading and sales operations. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent graduate to kickstart their career in finance, with the potential for growth and advancement. The role is open due to the team’s expansion and commitment to nurturing fresh talent. You’ll be immersed in an open office setting, learning from seasoned professionals and contributing to high-stakes trading operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in trade entry and capture processes
• Monitor and ensure accurate trade settlement
• Collaborate with traders and salespeople
• Support the team in recording and monitoring deals
• Contribute to operational efficiency improvements
• Engage in open-ended contract work, with potential for conversion

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Interest in fixed income trading/sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Degree from a prestigious or Ivy League school
• Prior internship or experience in finance
• Interest with trading platforms and tools
