Position: Sales Representative

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Norman, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales Representative to join their team!

Join a dynamic team dedicated to expanding the reach of innovative medical diagnostic products. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in growing and maintaining a robust customer base, working closely with technical specialists and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service. This opportunity allows you to engage in meaningful technical discussions and represent the company at various sales and marketing events.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Close accounts to meet defined goals
• Drive leads through the sales pipeline
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Engage in technical discussions about products
• Stay informed about industry developments
• Evaluate customer feedback for product improvement
• Maintain accurate sales records
• Represent company at tradeshows and site visits
• Build relationships with lab managers and technicians

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Life Science
• Experience with CRM software like HubSpot or ERP
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Comfortable making cold calls

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Medical sales background
• Understanding of the medical diagnostic industry
