Position: Medical Billing Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $ 20 – 25 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Service Representative to join their team!

The role is open due to expansion and increasing demand for top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle multiple phone calls daily with professionalism
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints about billing issues
• Read through codes, notes, and bills to explain to patients their charges
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide empathetic responses to frustrated customers
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-stress situations calmly
• Familiarity with customer service principles

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in medical or healthcare customer service
• Background in collections or mortgage customer service
