Position: IT Support
Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and IT support
- Assist with helpdesk and desktop tasks
- Perform password resets and PC imaging
- Set up new hires and manage terminations
- Address complex IT issues with professionalism
- Travel quarterly to field offices
- Communicate effectively with the team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3.5+ years of IT support experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in Windows environments
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Oil & gas industry experience
- Familiarity with desktop and helpdesk support
- Comfortable with non-tiered IT support
