Position: IT Support

Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Support to join their team!

With a mix of helpdesk and desktop responsibilities, this position is perfect for those who love helping others and thrive in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service and IT support
• Assist with helpdesk and desktop tasks
• Perform password resets and PC imaging
• Set up new hires and manage terminations
• Address complex IT issues with professionalism
• Travel quarterly to field offices
• Communicate effectively with the team

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3.5+ years of IT support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in Windows environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Oil & gas industry experience
• Familiarity with desktop and helpdesk support
• Comfortable with non-tiered IT support
