Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
Location: Cornelius, NC
Position: Customer Billing Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Billing Specialist to join their team!
Responsibilities:

Create, review, and issue accurate customer invoices tied to contracts, projects, and various locations

Troubleshoot invoice discrepancies and resolve billing issues on a daily basis
-
Manage a monthly invoice volume ranging from 50–200 invoices
-
Utilize QuickBooks and internal proprietary systems to support billing operations
-
Assist with additional finance or administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
2–5 years of experience in billing, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related finance role
-
Strong attention to detail and comfort with manual, detail-heavy processes

Proficiency in Excel
-
Experience working in QuickBooks or similar accounting systems
-
Desire to learn, grow, and commit to a role with long-term potential
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-
Experience with project-based or transaction-based invoicing
-
Exposure to telecommunications, hardware, cabling, or construction environments
-
Managed Service Provider (MSP) billing experience
-
Familiarity with evolving automation in billing or finance processes
