Position: Network Administrator

Compensation: $ 80,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Irving, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of escalation for network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems efficiently
• Set up and maintain network infrastructure
• Provide help desk and desktop support as needed
• Document escalation processes and solutions
• Collaborate with team members for seamless operations
• Engage with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of networking experience
• At least 1 year of Fortinet firewall experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with network escalation processes
• Familiarity with help desk support
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
