Position: Assistant Controller

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Assistant Controller to join their team!

Join a dynamic and growing company as an Assistant Controller, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing financial operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a laid-back yet high-performing environment within a family-oriented, private company. With significant growth in the past year, this role is open to enhance analytical capabilities and long-term financial strategy. The office has a friendly team of 25, with 160 employees in the shop. The company is eager to onboard someone who can add value quickly and has a keen eye for project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Close books and manage AP/AR processes
• Prepare financial statements and payroll processing
• Analyze financial data for strategic insights
• Implement job costing and project-based accounting
• Collaborate with upper management in a two-round interview process
• Contribute to a family-oriented, private company culture
• Work onsite, Monday-Thursday 7-5, Friday 7-11

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong analytical background
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of job costing and project-based accounting
• Ability to work onsite during specified hours

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Background in assistant controller roles
• Understanding of private company operations
• Familiarity with family-owned business dynamics
