Position: Property Accountant
Compensation: $72,000 – $78,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure accuracy
- Handle lease and contract accounting
- Collaborate with team for financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting
- Support audits and internal controls
- Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Accounting/Finance degree required
- 4+ years of property/real estate accounting experience required
- Lease/contract experience required
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with AR/AP processes
- Knowledge of accounting software systems
- Familiarity with financial modeling
