Position: Cost Accounting Supervisor

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Stafford, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cost Accounting Supervisor to join their team!

This opportunity is open due to the company’s commitment to expanding their Roofing and Stone Division. The role offers a challenging environment with a focus on product costing, inventory control, and financial management. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supervise financial reporting and planning for R&S assets
• Manage closing activities for timely financial reports
• Oversee cost accounting activities and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operations to enhance cost efficiency
• Support FP&A and sales on pricing and profitability analysis
• Prepare audit data for internal and external auditors
• Develop and update monthly forecasts and budgets
• Ensure compliance with SOX process controls
• Train and develop staff, providing performance feedback

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in accounting with 6+ years in cost accounting
• Experience in manufacturing and supervisory roles
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience with financial reporting and P/L management
• Previous experience in budgeting and forecasting
