Position: AR Specialist

Compensation: $23 – 27/hour, depending on experience

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled AR Specialist to join their team!

While initially a temporary position, there is potential for it to transition into a full-time role. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage accounts receivable tasks efficiently
• Perform occasional collections calls to businesses
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
• Collaborate with the team to stabilize accounting workload
• Provide accurate financial reports and updates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven AR accounting experience
• Comfortable with making collections calls
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Pryor, Oklahoma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a fast-paced accounting environment
• Knowledge of accounting software systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
