Position: Service Desk Analyst
Compensation: $28 – $34/ hour
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk professional to join their team!
This role is within the global insurance brokerage and risk management industry, known for its award-winning culture and reputation for excellence. The organization offers a stable, relationship-driven environment where employees build specialized expertise, collaborate with top professionals, and grow long-term careers supporting complex client needs!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to end users
• Support approximately 7,800 end users nationwide
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders
• Assist in building strong relationships with business associates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in tech support
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proven accountability and maturity in professional settings

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in documentation process improvement
• Familiarity with support ticket systems
