Position: Healthcare Database Administrator

Compensation: $ 120,000 – $137,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Full Remote

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Healthcare Database Administrator to join their team!

Join a pioneering health services organization as a Healthcare Data Analyst. This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely, contributing to cutting-edge healthcare data projects. The role is open to enhance the team’s capacity to manage and analyze complex health data, ensuring impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Design and implement data extraction processes
• Create and support data extraction using SQL
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Implement new clinical and financial documentation tools
• Ensure data security and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative field
• SQL experience essential
• Strong DBA abilities
• Experience in Analytical or Business Intelligence report creation
• Cerner CCL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Python and Linux experience
• Snowflake, Tableau
• RedCap and Salesforce integration experience
• UI experience beneficial

Other Information:

• Full remote role with a 2-day onsite orientation
• Team consists of 5 members, including a Senior Python Programmer
• Project involves setting up REDCap for clinical research data
• 26 PTO days, totaling 40 days off with holidays included
