Position: Application Support Supervisor

Compensation: $90K-100K

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Application Support Supervisor to join their team!

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a thriving environment? This is your chance to manage System Application Administrators and ensure the seamless operation of over 100 software applications. Dive into a role where your expertise will drive business continuity and critical response, all while collaborating with key business units to enhance processes and bring new technology to life.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage team of System Application Administrators
• Ensure software applications are up to date and secure
• Oversee support and maintenance of 100+ applications
• Develop training and documentation for best practices
• Provide escalation point for complex issues
• Analyze business problems and propose solutions
• Manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously
• Perform process reviews and vendor research
• Coordinate efforts to support infrastructure changes
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and IT teams

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field
• Five years of systems/server support experience
• Knowledge of major systems implementation and support
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to establish effective working relationships
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with software applications in mortgage and banking
• Project management and control experience
• Prior supervisor experience
