Position: Procurement Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – 105,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Dallas, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Procurement Manager to join their team!
Are you ready to lead a dynamic procurement team and drive strategic sourcing initiatives? This exciting opportunity is a backfill role due to an internal transfer, offering you the chance to make a significant impact. With a focus on savings initiatives and supplier optimization, you will play a crucial role in aligning procurement activities with financial and operational goals. This is your chance to shine in a true procurement role, not logistics-focused!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop and execute category plans
- Lead supplier negotiations for cost improvement
- Conduct supplier performance reviews
- Collaborate with field operations and Finance
- Translate sourcing strategies into actionable processes
- Coach and develop direct reports
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business
- 5+ years of procurement or category management experience
- Proven negotiation skills and financial acumen
- Experience with cross-functional initiatives
- Strong leadership abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Facilities or IT procurement experience
- Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa or Ariba
- Workday experience
