Position: Development Team Lead
Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Leawood, Kansas

As a Development Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and creating new features for their cutting-edge platform. This platform helps businesses manage compliance for card programs, saving time and reducing risk. Be part of a dynamic environment where your input shapes the team’s structure and future.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Architect and design new platform features
- Lead discussions on team structure and growth
- Collaborate with existing development team
- Engage in hands-on coding during sprints
- Mentor and guide team members
- Contribute to decision-making processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of senior-level development experience
- Experience in software architecture
- Proven mentorship abilities
- Strong soft skills and team collaboration
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Data Bricks, React, C#
- Full-stack development exposure
- UI/UX knowledge
- Data management skills
