Position: Development Team Lead

Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Leawood, Kansas

As a Development Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in architecting and creating new features for their cutting-edge platform. This platform helps businesses manage compliance for card programs, saving time and reducing risk. Be part of a dynamic environment where your input shapes the team’s structure and future.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Architect and design new platform features
• Lead discussions on team structure and growth
• Collaborate with existing development team
• Engage in hands-on coding during sprints
• Mentor and guide team members
• Contribute to decision-making processes

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of senior-level development experience
• Experience in software architecture
• Proven mentorship abilities
• Strong soft skills and team collaboration

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Data Bricks, React, C#
• Full-stack development exposure
• UI/UX knowledge
• Data management skills
