Position: BIM Specialist

Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 

Location: Prairie Village, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled BIM Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Utilize Revit and Autodesk Suite for project management
• Collaborate with BIM team members
• Work on residential architecture projects
• Manage documentations using Bluebeam
• Engage in problem-solving and client-facing tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years as BIM specialist or architectural designer
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Autodesk Suite
• Experience with wood-frame architecture projects

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in both small and large architecture projects
• Familiarity with collaborative design processes
