Position: Financial Analyst

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Houston,

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and review SEC reports: 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and footnotes
• Conduct monthly internal reporting and dashboard creation
• Support month-end close processes and management schedules
• Ensure accuracy in tie-outs, reconciliations, and documentation
• Drive process improvements and data analysis
• Utilize Excel for pivot tables, lookups, and formulas

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of SEC reporting experience
• CPA certification is a bonus
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Background in Big 4 accounting firms
• Experience with Power BI for reporting
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion, SAP, Active Disclosure, Hyperion/HFM
