Position: System Admin

Compensation: $ 75,000 – 80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled System Admin to join their team!

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role supporting the evolution of a dynamic organization’s ERP software? This is a unique opportunity to work onsite, collaborating with internal teams and third-party IT support to ensure seamless technology alignment with business goals. As the current System Admin approaches retirement, this role offers a chance to step in and make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support ERP software and collaborate with third-party IT support.
• Ensure reliable performance and drive application innovation.
• Maintain infrastructure, including firewalls and database backups.
• Lead development and implementation of IT systems.
• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Research and manage integration of new applications.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of Epicor functionality.
• Research and support ERP module issues.
• Develop and maintain testing platform for updates and patches.
• Prepare custom reports and dashboards for day-to-day business.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or associate degree required.
• 6+ years of related work experience.
• 2+ years with ERP systems, Epicor preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP platform and MS Office Suite.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with MS SQL database and SSRS report writing.
• Experience in the O&G industry.
