Position: Workday Analyst

Compensation: $45 – $60/hour

Location: Houston, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Workday Analyst to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-visibility role within a public company environment. As a Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Workday tickets and requests, building and maintaining reports with a focus on finance reporting, and supporting monthly audits. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage day-to-day Workday tickets and requests
• Build and maintain finance-focused reports
• Support monthly audits, especially during the first week
• Assist with Workday security tasks
• Create and manage admin vs. employee accounts
• Support segregation of duties initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues independently before escalating

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Solid Workday Analyst experience
• Strong reporting experience
• Exposure to HCM modules
• Experience with security modules
• Proactive and self-starter mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Finance reporting exposure
• Prism experience
• Willingness to learn new modules
