Position: Director of Commercial Lending
Compensation: $175,000 – $235,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Build customer base through proactive business development
- Increase C&I loan portfolio with sound underwriting practices
- Generate commercial loan fee income
- Expand relationships for long-term business partnerships
- Refer prospective clients to internal business partners
- Adhere to service standards to exceed customer needs
- Communicate ideas and information effectively
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Formal credit training preferred
- Advanced degree or ongoing AIB seminars
- Experience in high-pressure situations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to cultivate long-term relationships
