Position: Director of Commercial Lending

Compensation: $175,000 – $235,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build customer base through proactive business development
• Increase C&I loan portfolio with sound underwriting practices
• Generate commercial loan fee income
• Expand relationships for long-term business partnerships
• Refer prospective clients to internal business partners
• Adhere to service standards to exceed customer needs
• Communicate ideas and information effectively

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of commercial banking products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Formal credit training preferred
• Advanced degree or ongoing AIB seminars
• Experience in high-pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to cultivate long-term relationships
