Position: Director of Artificial Intelligence
Compensation: $150,000-$200,000
Location: Remote, Houston area
Inceed has partnered with a growing manufacturing company to help find a skilled Director of Artificial Intelligence to join their team!

This exciting role offers the opportunity to spearhead AI initiatives, working closely with senior executives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The company is expanding its AI capabilities and looking for a dynamic leader to drive these efforts. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the development of AI solutions
- Collaborate with third-party AI developers
- Implement AI tools to improve processes
- Work closely with senior executives and stakeholders
- Enhance automation in manufacturing operations
- Drive AI initiatives across various projects
- Ensure high accuracy in AI applications
- Develop AI strategies aligned with business goals
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in web-based development (Node, Next.js, React, or Tailwind)
- Proven experience implementing AI tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop AI solutions from scratch
- Experience with AI tools like CoPilot or OpenAI
- Strategic and forward thinking mindset
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Understanding of Microsoft AI tools
